Serving size option in recipes
Awesome app BTW! It would be very helpful if the recipes had the option to change serving size with corresponding ingredients adjusted based on amount served

Combining diets
Combining diets would be nice. For example say the Keto diet and the 5:2 diet

Option to edit own recipes
You should be able to modify recipes that you’ve made or want to log from the recipe book. Alternatively, being able to duplicate and modify Lifesum recipes to customize them for more accurate logging

Recommended Foods Option
It gives you a list of the best foods that match your remaining macros!!! Would LOVE this!!! Cronometer already has this function but I prefer lifesum overall so if you could add this that would be GREAT! <3

Exercise tracker
When ever I receive my Life Score, it always penalizes me for not doing enough of High Intensity, Low Intensity, etc exercises. But there is no way to track these types of exercises, that I know of, and the exercise tracker/log in place doesn’t distinguish between the different intensity’s of each exercise. It would be so helpful if there was a place on the app where one could imput how much of each type of exercise they did. (Ex: 20 min, what type: High Intensity) By the end of the week, the Life Score tracker could see if one met…

Allow users to update/correct starting weight
When I started tracking my weight lose I weighed 215lbs. Somewhere along the way, the app set my starting weight to 195 (likely user error). Now, I cannot “correct” my starting weight and it feels like I am not getting the motivational credit of all the weight I already lost.
A simple option to “update” my starting weight would likely help those who discover lifesum during their weight loss journey, as well, to track weight already lost.

Copy Foods or meals to different days
It would be better the app had the basic copy and paste function to copy meals or foods from one day to another. That makes weekly or monthly meal plans easier to design on the app

Edit or delete created foods
Sometimes I make mistakes when I create my own food. And there’s no way to edit or delete it, so I have to create another and I end up with 2 identical food with just a minor mistake as a difference

Fasting days on diet plans
I think the ability to mark a day as a fasting day (for someone who does multiple day water fasts) would be a good feature on all the diet plans so it can be accounted for. I follow the ketogenic strict diet but will also do amultiple day water fast during the week.

Please improve the exercise tracker!
I feel that the exercise Tracking is not very accurate/there are not enough options.
It would be great to enter information about duration and distance/weight. I mean it makes a difference wether I'm running 10km an hour or 7km.
Also it would be great to get a specific exercise overview in the different categories (low intensity, high intensity and muscle training) to see Training duration, distance and burned calories.
Also it bothers me that Crosstrainer is obviously not rated as high intensity. My Life Score in high intensity is always too low because of that.
I would be very happy…39 votes -
Please add reminders & trackers for other health-related routines, such as taking vitamins & medications, meditating, & self-care actions.
As someone who takes some medications daily and some as needed, it's helpful to mark these days accordingly. Right now the platform is amazing for diet, but would love a more holistic wellness format all in one place. These features are spread across three different apps in my phone, but would love to be able to consolidate.

Use fl. oz. /ml for drinks instead of grams.
Makes it easier to edit drinks of different fluid densities.

Differing daily calorie goals
It would be very useful for people to be able to set a different calorie and macro goal for different days of the week. This would be especially helpful for people eating different amounts on lifting/rest days. It also seems like it would be easy to implement.

What's in the fridge
It would be nice to be able to scan Foods in your fridge and have a meal plan built for you according to what diet you're on. It is very hard to come up with keto meals with foods that normal people eat. Just don't have watercress and feta cheese laying around.

Meal nutrition imports from meal services
It would be nice to be able to import specific meals and the nutrition information from meal services like hello fresh, blue apron, etc.

Add a ‘save recipe’ button, so you don’t have to type out all the ingredients every time you make a regular recipe
Be able to save a group of ingredients as a recipe so you can add it in one click

Plans
I don't get why one of the bottom tabs are plans. You almost never change that so that should be under settings. There are many other things you use more often. Maybe change it for settings, body measurements, favorites, blog posts/news or something like that. Eventually maybe workout suggestions/plans.

Plan Ahead- Weekly Meal Calendar
Hi!
I would love to be able to look at the meals I have planned ahead for in a weekly overview, ie. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thursday, Fri, Sat, Sun. When I am meal prepping I find it easier to look at the whole week calender and calculate how much I need to cook of certain things rather than having to swipe through all the days just to add up how many grams of chicken I need etc!
I also think we should be able to make as more daily meal categories, ie, breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, dessert…54 votes -
Create meal, track a serving
Would it be possible to track all the ingredients that go into a dish and then record what percentage of the full amount you ate. This would make it easier to track meals prepared for full families or make some soup and record the nutrition in each bowl.
